CANCELATIONS + RESCHEDULING

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your session. Late cancellations are charged in full.

PAYMENT + FEES

Payment is requested at the time of service, or in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon. Checks, cash, Venmo and Chase Quickpay are accepted methods of payment. 

CONFIDENTIALITY + PRIVACY

Lily Tangen Tutoring, LLC complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, which is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Progress and assessment is kept only between my students, their parents and myself. I will only communicate with the school, and other supporting professionals, if an agreement is made with the parents that this collaboration would be beneficial to the student.
